Session: Building Your Own Board of Directors – The Importance of Networking

For women in technology careers, hard work is table stakes. To be successful, you need more than the hard skills. In this session, Titina will share her journey and lessons from life on a farm to senior leadership roles at top technology companies. Key Takeaways

  • Learn about what it takes to be successful (beyond the hard skills!).
  • Gain perspective on developing a strong network early in your career.
  • Embrace a deeper understanding of leadership to help others be their best.
  • Recognize the importance of confidence and courage to ask the hard questions.
